Jim Slater will demonstrate an interesting and inexpensive new product from Microsoft called Virtual PC 2004.
Virtual PC allows you to run your licensed copy of any Microsoft operating system from DOS 6.22 through Windows Server 2003 as a separate task under Windows XP or Windows 2000 Professional. These virtual operating systems can be launched and shut down without rebooting the computer, while you are running other programs. You can even run several operating systems simultaneously in different windows. Virtual PC is a great solution for developers who need to test their software on different operating systems but don't want to resort to multple computers or complicated multi-boot setups to accomplish this. |

The monthly meeting is now held at the Denver Microsoft offices on the Third (3rd) Thursday of the month. New memebers and visitors are welcome.
