| Summary: | My client located near the Fairfield, NJ area is in need of a Visual Foxpro 9.0 developer
to perform the following tasks:
Description:
Accomplishes software requirements by developing and maintaining applications and
databases.
Duties:
Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with programming, development, support, and sales staff to understand service requirements
Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
Skills/Qualifications:
Analyzing Information , Visual FoxPro, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Development Process
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Visual FoxPro Development experience required
Attention to detail and possess strong follow up and organizational skills
Knowledge of COM, ADO, .NET, SQL Server or Web commerce is a plus
