The notifications are sent four days prior to the meeting. That means that whenever a user group leader or another person from the Universal Thread team posts a user group meeting, any member who subscribed to that user group will receive the notification by email. This is a great feature that allows a global broadcast of ongoing meeting announcements for the related members. All you need to have is a Universal Thread account. Then, you can subscribe directly from your account or when viewing a user group profile which can be achieved by clicking on the subscribe button.
