Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software shall remain with Level Extreme. The Universal Thread is protected by the copyright.

The Universal Thread is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

The information which is part of each forum is provided as is and for information only. Level Extreme or the owner of a forum expressly disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind regarding the contents or use of the information included in the forum. In no event shall Level Extreme or the owner of a forum be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the information provided in a forum.

In the Universal Thread, neither a translator nor Level Extreme can be held responsible for any consequence that might result from the translation. For any kind of reference to a specific text, you can always switch temporarily to English for the master version.

CONTENT

Anyone who contributes material to the Universal Thread retains ownership of the said contributions. The author of such contributions is explicitly authorized to share such information with co-workers, colleagues and is authorized to reproduce such contributions on their own support vehicles.

Furthermore, limited use of specific parts of the content for specific needs or for the purpose of sharing information in the context of writing of articles, or of referral of information and material in other contexts, such as user group meetings, is authorized.

Level Extreme specifically prohibits massive manipulations of the content of the Universal Thread and/or of its reproduction in any matter whether by written form, electronic transmission or storage. Any such use under any circumstances of the content of Universal Thread without prior written permission from Level Extreme is prohibited. Specific illustrations relate to massive downloading of messages and of massive sharing of the Universal Thread content with co-workers, colleagues, in the context of commercial or non commercial needs. As an example, copying of the entire article lists for a specific forum and transferal on another support vehicle would constitute massive manipulation of the content of the Universal Thread.

PURPOSE OF THE COPYRIGHT

One of the objectives of the Universal Thread is to build a stronger community day after day. When a small subset of content, which you have not authored is used moderately, we agree that the sharing of such subset is advantageous to the community as a hold. For example, such subsets, again when not authored by yourself, could represent a small amount of messages in part or total which could be used for the publishing of an article or for sharing with co-workers or colleagues for the purpose of resolving specific issues in your project.

Consequently, as previously mentioned in the text of the above-mentioned copyright, Level Extreme prohibits massive manipulations of the content of the Universal Thread.
